There are a few aspects that stood out during my stay at this hotel. the location is great, situated on a quiet side road just 15 minutes away from the town center of Chiang Rai. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay while still being close to all the attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with good beds that ensured a pleasant night's sleep. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail, as the basic amenities provided in the room kept it cool enough that I didn't even need air conditioning. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and reasonably priced.

We had a delightful stay at Ben Guesthouse for 4 nights. The old-style traditional ambiance made it feel charming and historical. At just $14 per night, it was a true bargain. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the town center and convenience stores nearby. The rooms were simple yet tidy, with a nice and clean bathroom. The new wing offered stunning and spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and ample plugs. The well-kept pool was a bonus.

The rooms are good and the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is also good and has a nice temperature, althought they use a strange kind of cleaning system. They also have a good travel agency ('Ben Travel'), we booked a jungle trekking trip there. We certainly liked our stay at Ben Guesthouse.

The rooms are quite dark and the kitchen isn't managed very well. Sometimes it took more than half-an-hour before the dishes were ready.

Tastefully designed, typical Lana style guesthouse, easy going place, clean rooms and bathroom, basic, very friendly staff, good food. A 20 minute walk to the night bazaar and city centre... Ideal for families or sola travelers.

I have requested the owner Brooks f( an anglicized name ) to get a decent coffee machine as instant Nescafé in a land of fantastic coffee( which surprised me ) just did not go well with the rest of the place/service

We stayed at a stunning guesthouse in Chiang Rai that exceeded all our expectations. The new wing was unbelievably clean, spacious, and had the comfiest bed ever! The room was equipped with multiple plug outlets, and we were pleasantly surprised by the three pillows each. It was easily the best room we've stayed in during our travels. The highlight was definitely the well-kept pool, which remained open until 9. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The rooms are very small, the beds are very poor, the walls between the rooms are too thin (you will enjoy the fun of the sex lives of your neighbors) and the bathroom is poor.
